Project Facts:

St. Philip's Expansion will…

   - Comfortably seat 400 worshipers
   - Increase our space available for our many ministries
   - Provide access to the property from two directions
   - Multiply the impact of our growth through the Gospel
   - Inspire the ministry of hospitality to new levels
   - Provide Hastings with a new community center

Scope of Expansion:

   - 10,900 sq. ft. sanctuary and narthex areas added to our existing 13,600 sq. ft. building, all sanctuary and narthex furnishings
   - Additional restrooms and minor remodeling as required
   - Double our current parking with additional parking lot lighting and an additional entrance/exit off of Pleasant Drive
   - Expanded utilities services as required (electricity, gas, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, potable/fire water)

Projected Cost:

- $3.4MM to $3.6MM

Projected Schedule:

- Fall 2011: Appeal & fundraising

- Early 2012: Complete final design

- Mid 2012 (pending adequate pledges and gifts): Bid project, secure funding, authorize project

- Fall 2012 (pending adequate pledges and gifts): Ground-breaking

- 2013 (pending adequate pledges and gifts): Move in & invite others!

Appeal Needs:

- $500,000 in gifts to the capital fund to start; $800,000 by project completion

- $1MM in 3-year capital fund pledges for 2012-2014
